Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by HENRIMEDIC CLEANING SERVICES (PTY) LTD and to the use of this website.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied by the client. If the property or scope differs materially on arrival, we will confirm any change in price before continuing.

Bookings and Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. Water and electricity should be available where the service requires them.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each quotation or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of scheduled services.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Short notice cancellations may be charged.

Liability

We take care with every property. Damage caused by our staff should be reported within 24 hours so that it can be investigated and resolved. We are not liable for pre existing wear, faults or items not disclosed before the service.

Equipment Supply

Medical equipment orders are subject to availability, supplier lead times and the specifications confirmed in writing at the time of order.
